Euphoria composer Labrinth appeared to distance himself from the HBO show in a strongly worded Instagram post late last night.
“I’m done with this industry,” the British musician wrote in a statement posted to his Instagram, which was followed by a series of expletives aimed at his record label and the HBO show.
“Fuck Columbia,” he wrote. Labrinth is currently signed to Columbia Records.
The statement continued: “Double Fuck Euphoria. I’m out. Thank you and good night.”
Labrinth shared the statement without a caption. We’ve reached out to Labrinth’s reps and HBO for further clarification on the meaning behind the post.

Labrinth has composed the Euphoria score since the show’s first season and won the Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics Emmy for the song All for Us. The musician was also in attendance earlier this week
