Netflix Leaves Tim Robinson Fans Fuming After Promising To Stream ‘Detroiters’ But Not Following Through

Why isn’t Detroiters streaming on Netflix?

As previously reported by Variety, the Comedy Central sitcom was slated to begin streaming on Tuesday, Oct. 15. However, fans were dismayed to find that the streaming giant had deleted their announcements surrounding the show’s streaming release, and the show is not in Netflix’s library as promised.

While Uproxx previously reported that Detroiters would be landing on Netflix on Oct. 15, they issued the following update at 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday:

Detroiters will no longer be available on Netflix starting today. No reason was given by the streaming service.”

DECIDER reached out to Netflix for comment, but did not hear back by time of publication.

Starring Sam Richardson and Tim Robinson, the series followed best friends Sam Duvet (Richardson) and Tim Cramblin (Robinson), who together make low-budget commercials for businesses in Detroit.
