NFL Christmas Gameday is returning to Netflix this year with two matchups: the Dallas Cowboys vs. the Washington Commanders and the Detroit Lions vs. the Minnesota Vikings.
Netflix will air the games live on Thursday, December 25, Christmas Day. The Cowboys-Commanders will air at 1 p.m. ET from Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD, followed by the Lions-Vikings at 4:30 pm ET from the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
CBS Sports will produce the games, with NFL Media producing the pre, post, and studio halftime programming, with talent for the games to be announced.
According to Nielsen, Netflix’s NFL Christmas Gameday 2024 reached 65 million U.S. viewers. Netflix delivered the two most-streamed NFL games in U.S. history with an average audience of over 26.5 million viewers in the U.S. and over 30 million viewers globally, highlighted by Beyoncé’s halftime performance.
