This week’s new movies on demand include two films named to AFI’s Best Films of 2024 list. Those films, the blockbuster musical Wicked and Jesse Eisenberg’s family dramedy A Real Pain are out now on VOD, along with the new documentary Lady Like.
It’s no coincidence that Lady Like arrives the same week that season 17 of RuPaul’s Drag Race is premiering; the film follows the origin story of Rex Wheeler’s drag persona, Lady Camden, the runner-up on season 14 of Drag Race.
