Season 2 of Noel Fielding‘s Apple TV+ comedy The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin reportedly won’t ever see the light of day — because they won’t actually be finishing it.
DECIDER can confirm that production has ceased on the show’s second season.
The Sun was first to report that Fielding “failed to come to work” after production was paused over Christmas, not long after Season 2 filming first kicked off in the fall of 2024. Per the outlet, those working on the show were informed of its end this week, but were told the show was stopping due to “the illness of a key cast member.”
