EXCLUSIVE: O-T Fagbenle (The Handmaid’s Tale, Presumed Innocent) and Sian Clifford (Fleabag, The Ballad of Wallis Island) have joined as series regulars and Ronny Chieng (The Daily Show, Crazy Rich Asians) in a recurring role in Peacock’s upcoming comedy, The Miniature Wife. They join series leads and executive producers Elizabeth Banks and Matthew Macfadyen and cast Zoe Lister-Jones and Sofia Rosinsky in the series created and executive produced by Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner, who also serve as showrunners.
Based on the short story written by Manuel Gonzalez, The Miniature Wife is a high-concept marital comedy examining the power (im)balances between spouses, Lindy (Banks) and Les (Macfadyen), after a technological accident induces the ultimate relationship crisis.
