Roku Head of Content David Eilenberg Exits to Become Creative Director at ITV America

David Eilenberg, the head of content for Roku, is exiting the streaming platform to become creative director at the production company ITV America, the studio behind shows like Love Island USA, Hell’s Kitchen and Queer Eye.

Eilenberg, who previously worked as the studio’s chief creative officer before jumping to Roku in 2022, will oversee the company’s full slate of unscripted programming.

“I’m so proud to have been part of Roku’s success story, including doubling the size of the Roku Channel as it became the fastest-growing service in all of streaming,” Eilenberg said in a statement. “At the same time, I’m overwhelmed with excitement to return home to ITV, its best-in-class teams, and the creative process that’s ultimately where my heart lies. It’s become a new world in a short time, and I can’t wait to help bring the next wave of hit television, digital, and branded content
