The bromance is back! Scrubs‘ stars J.D. Turk, and Elliot: Zack Braff, Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke, took the stage at Deadline’s Contender TV panel Saturday to laugh, reminisce and make one thing clear- they want Hulu to pick up a second season of the revival series as much as the fans do. ABC‘s Scrubs has returned 16 years later, pretending like its final Season 9 was nothing more than a fever dream. Allowing for the show to pick up where Season 8, the original finale left off, the cast camaraderie is just as strong now as ever.
Zack Braff, who plays Dr. J.D. Dorian, admits that there was one controversial element of the revival that the fans fought back against: J.D. and Elliot’s divorce. “We’re so lucky the fans have really embraced the revival.
