Sonia Friedman Productions and Sony Pictures Entertainment today said they have partnered to develop The Popinjay Cavalier, a new stage play by Quentin Tarantino.
The two companies have described the production as a “swashbuckling comedy.”

The production is set to open in London’s West End in early 2027.
