EXCLUSIVE: Stephen Feder has joined Disney Live Action as SVP, Production.
Most recently at Megan Ellison’s Annapurna Pictures, where he was a founding member and held a first-look deal spanning film and television, Feder reports to Disney Live Action President Daria Cercek, who herself reports to David Greenbaum, President, Disney Live Action and 20th Century Studios.
Feder’s Disney Live Action counterparts are EVP, Production Jessica Virtue and SVP, Production Allison Erlikhman.
During his time at Annapurna, Feder oversaw production on Richard Linklater’s Everybody Wants Some!! and served as the company’s executive on Wong Kar-wai’s The Grandmaster and Harmony Korine’s Spring Breakers. His appointment at Disney comes as a homecoming of sorts, as he formerly served as VP of film development for Lucasfilm from 2016-2019, working on titles like Solo: A Star Wars Story, before heading to Rian Johnson and Ram Bergman’s T-Street as a producer.
