Season five of Stranger Things will debut on Netflix on November 26, the streamer revealed at its Tudum fan event in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The season will be split into three volumes. Season 4 was split into two volumes. The eight-part season 5 will be split into three parts, with the second part launching at Christmas 2025 and the finale launching on New Year’s Eve.
Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria refused to discuss the split volume approach earlier this year, particularly as some fans were upset about the practice, but did leave the door open for more split seasons.
