Vampires are coming to Peacock. Well, one vampire in particular.
Beginning tomorrow, Feb. 21, Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu will be streaming exclusively on Peacock for subscribers.
In addition to the theatrical cut, a never-before-seen extended cut of Nosferatu will also stream on Peacock.
Nosferatu is a remake of the 1922 silent film of the same name starring Bill Skarsgård as the imposing vampire Count Orlok (who is essentially Dracula, as Nosferatu began as an unauthorized adaptation of Bram Stoker’s novel).
Nominated for four Oscars this year, Nosferatu is a gothic horror tale of vampirism, obsession, plague, and infatuation that also stars Lily-Rose Depp, Nicholas Hoult, and Aaron Taylor Johnson.
If you’re trying to watch all of the Oscar-nominated movies ahead of this year’s ceremony, Nosferatu comes to Peacock at the perfect time.
