EXCLUSIVE: CAA just signed Milo Manheim, the young actor who came off the Disney musical franchise Zombies, and just landed the male lead role of Flynn Rider in Disney’s live-action adaptation of the animated hit film Tangled, which Michael Gracey directs. All the agencies chased the versatile 25-year-old.
Manheim currently stars as Wally Clark in the Paramount+ series School Spirits, which released its third season in January. On stage, Manheim recently performed alongside Cynthia Erivo and Adam Lambert in Jesus Christ Superstar at the Hollywood Bowl and made his Off-Broadway debut as Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors. He also starred Deaf West’s stage production of Green Day’s American Idiot, which became the Mark Taper Forum’s highest-selling show of all time.
