Another domestic violence incident involving Taylor Frankie Paul could now find The Bachelorette star facing charges for violating her probation over a 2023 event.
Police in the Salt Lake City suburb of West Jordan are looking into allegations that Paul’s on-again, off-again partner Dakota Mortensen brought against her for a 2024 incident. The WJPD would not provide any more details other to confirm there is an investigation underway and they are “looking over” video footage of what may have gone down between The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star and her ex.
“Late last week, we requested all the investigative material to screen the most recent allegations for charges,” Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill’s office told Deadline today. “We made the request because of the potential that if charges are filed, they could be enhanced due to a prior plea in abeyance to a domestic violence offense,” the prosecutor,
