Taylor Richardson & Alex MacNicoll Set To Star In Short Film ‘Change The Prophecy’ From Writer-Director Lindsay Grossman

EXCLUSIVE: Taylor Richardson (The Gilded Age) and Alex MacNicoll (The Society) are set to star in the short film Change the Prophecy from writer-director and Love List co-founder Lindsay Grossman.

The short is a television proof-of-concept, based on Grossman’s original short story of the same name. It will be produced by fellow Love List co-founder Madison Jones and Geneva Willis.

Change the Prophecy follows Richardson as Sarah Rowe, a teenage girl living in a society where the government matches you with a soulmate at the age of eighteen. When Sarah finds out she doesn’t have a soulmate and is thus relegated to a life as a social pariah, she hacks into the matching list and steals someone else’s, in so doing, separating the most popular boy in school, Tony Emerson (MacNicoll), from the girl he loves.
