
Jessi Draper has had a busy few weeks: her reality show The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has paused production, she is getting divorced and one of her best friends had her season of The Bachelorette shelved as a result of a domestic assault investigation.
Draper, who recently signed with CAA, took to the Call Her Daddy couch to discuss the filming break on the Hulu show and unpacked the timeline.
During the interview with Alex Cooper’s hit podcast, Draper revealed that the producers of the show – the series is produced by Jeff Jenkins Productions – initially paused shooting and then the group, which also includes Jen Affleck, Miranda Hope, Whitney Leavitt, Mikayla Matthews, Mayci Neeley and Layla Taylor, made their own decision before the latest video of Taylor Frankie Paul throwing metal stools at Dakota Mortensen emerged.
