TikTok and Tubi Partner to Bring More of Your Favorite Creators to TV Screens

TikTok, which could now be considered both a Hollywood disruptor and trendsetter, is making new moves with Tubi. The partnership between the popular social media app and the free streaming service is expanding with the introduction of its Creatorverse Incubator, both companies announced on Thursday. If you’re a TikTok creator — or if you have a few favorites whose content you follow — there’s a chance to see that TikTok content come to life as an original Tubi series.

You may have already streamed Terri Joe: Missionary in Miami on the platform, which brought Kelon Campbell’s viral TikTok character to life in a full-length Tubi original movie. Under this new collab, more TikTok entertainers will be handpicked to turn their stories into scripted or unscripted TV productions that will launch on Tubi. Each creator will get to steer the development and direction of the project they create, with Tubi on deck
