The New York Yankees have one of the most unique broadcasting frameworks in all of major league sports. The team plays the majority of its in-market games on the YES Network regional sports channel, but every season, it sends a package of around 20 of those games to Prime Video to stream in the New York area only. On Thursday, Prime Video revealed the schedule of its exclusive Yankees games for the 2026 season.
Key Details: Bombs away: The Yankees will play 21 games on Prime Video this season. YES and no: YES Network will help produce the games for Prime Video, but the linear channel will not broadcast any of them. Nothing extra: Yankees fans won’t need to buy an add-on to Prime Video to watch the games.
