The Today Show erupted during Wednesday’s (April 8) broadcast when anchor Craig Melvin dropped a major spoiler about The Devil Wears Prada 2: The Today Show‘s very own Jenna Bush Hager will be making a cameo in the highly anticipated sequel.
Melvin revealed her top-secret cameo during the morning broadcast, prompting his co-hosts to quickly call him out for spilling the beans.
“By the way, you know how that movie’s going to be good?” Melvin quipped during a discussion about the movie. “You know how I can tell? JBH is in it!”
Bush Hager appeared to be in total shock at Melvin’s big reveal. “I don’t know that you were supposed to drop that bomb,” she said.
Savannah Guthrie, who just returned Monday after almost two months away from the show, reminded her co-host, “This is live! You cannot tell Craig anything!”
