AMC Monthly Movies Price Hike: Here’s How Your Plan Is Changing

If you’re catching up to four films each week in AMC theaters with a monthly Stubs A-List membership, it might cost you a bit more to go to the movies in July. 

AMC Theaters is updating the price of select plans on July 15, according to its website, with existing customers experiencing the price hike on their first billing on or after that date.

Stubs A-List is the top tier in AMC’s Stubs loyalty program and provides perks such as waived online ticket fees and no extra charge for premium formats like IMAX. The subscription used to limit customers to three movies per week, but that changed with a price increase in May 2025. Last year, AMC also lowered the minimum age to join A-List to 13.
