Jim Parsons is touched by the tremendous impact that The Big Bang Theory made on the world, though he is not so sure that he would reprise the role of Sheldon Cooper any time soon.
While visiting The View on Friday to discuss his role in Broadway’s Titanique, Parsons was reminded of his 12-season-long tenure on the CBS sitcom as Sheldon Cooper, who Alyssa Farah Griffin deemed “one of the most beloved characters in all of television.” Though Parsons teased that he doesn’t “know why” that’s the case, Griffin asked if he misses playing the quirky scientist, and if he would “consider any kind of a reboot with him.”
