Despite the game being played at a neutral site, the No. 1 Texas Longhorns will almost certainly have a home-court advantage on Sunday, March 28 when they take on the No. 5 Kentucky Wildcats in the Sweet 16 of the 2026 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. The two SEC schools will be playing at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, less than three hours north of UT’s campus on I-35. The Horns made the second weekend of the tournament with a 100-58 win over No. 8 Oregon, while Big Blue got there via a narrow 74-73 upset of No. 4 West Virginia. Now the squads will face off, beginning at 3 p.m., in a game airing on ABC.
