Get ready to bust out your very best floral outfits for spring (ground breaking!), because The Devil Wears Prada 2 movie is strutting into theaters this weekend.
It’s been twenty years since the first Devil Wears Prada movie—a big box office hit in 2006—created a new generation of Meryl Streep fans. Streep will reprise her iconic role of Miranda Priestly in the sequel, a fictional fashion magazine editor-in-chief inspired by the real-life Vogue editor Anna Wintour. Lead Anne Hathaway is also back as Andrea “Andy” Sachs, a serious journalist who got a crash course in fashion in the first film when she worked as Miranda’s assistant. Now, twenty years later, Miranda and Andy reunite when Andy takes a new job as the features editor at Miranda’s magazine.
