To mark its 20th anniversary, Spotify has, for the first time, released its lists of the most streamed artists, songs, albums, podcasts and audiobooks in its history.
Number 1 artist? No big surprise: Taylor Swift, with Bad Bunny, Drake, The Weeknd and Ariana Grande rounding out the Top 5. (See the full lists below.)
Bad Bunny takes the top spot on the Bad Bunny has Spotify’s most-streamed album of all time list, courtesy of his 2022 smash Un Verano Sin Ti. The Weeknd tops the most-streamed song roster with “Blinding Lights.”
Most streamed podcast ever is another non-surprise: The Joe Rogan Experience. Most-streamed audiobook in premium is Sarah J. Maas’ fantasy-meets-romance novel A Court of Thorns and Roses, beating out The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien.
