The View‘s Alyssa Farah Griffin stood up for NASA administrator Jared Isaacman after President Trump poked fun at his ears during a White House press conference in honor of the Artemis space mission.
The View aired a clip from the press conference during Thursday’s (April 30) broadcast, highlighting a moment in which Trump claimed he could easily qualify to travel to space as the crew members recently did in their record-breaking mission. But at another awkward moment during the press conference, President Trump poked fun at Isaacman’s ears when a member of the press asked if they plan on relocating the NASA headquarters.
“Well, the best man to tell you that is the man standing right over here,” Trump responded before turning to Isaacman and adding, “You heard that question with those beautiful ears of yours? He’s got great hearing, you know. He’s got super hearing.”
